Polite & cheerful Staff, clean room, given free up-grade, good location will visit again.
It was very comfotable and the friendly staff welcomed you and then left you but were very helpful. Loved the garden! We had a tiny room and we were offered a bigger room after 2 days at no extra expense but we chose to stay where we were. I would definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it.
We booked the standard double room with an extra bed. I did enquire whether it would be big enough and was told it was. It was too small for 3 people. The spare bed was of a very poor quality and the board cracked when my teenage daughter lay on it on the 2nd night. I think you need to make it clearer which rooms would be suitable for 3 people.
Good location for being close to particular conference venue in London, quiet, value for money, comfortable, clean and tidy
Room a little small and compact but for a night or two it is absolutely fine
Location can't be beat. On a quiet residential street nestled inside busy roads. Felt like I returned from hectic city life to peace and tranquility every night. My efficiency was a bit small - as most old London row house rooms are. But immaculate and kept that way. The little kitcheonette saved me expense on breakfast and snacks. My requests for a mirror and new kettle were met with grace and satisfied quickly. Staff friendly and efficient. Suffice to say: I have found a London 'home'. Best in the area of the 5 I have used.
The two single beds masking as a double are cute -- as long as you push them together each night! No central air could prove troublesome during an infrequent heat spell. But my room held a nice fan and my windows opened easily.
Location is excellent and on a lovely street very near the tube and near Holiday Inn where we parked our car. Major streets nearby with a wait rose etc for food shopping.
Very small room and bathroom and double was two singles pushed together, ok until a 5 yr old tries to get in with you and falls through the middle! Bathroom and kitchen very outdated.
The location is very good, and the buildings of apartments are very, very nice, like from the movies.
An London b&b, do I have to say more?
It is in a good location. It was a reasonable price for central London. The inclusion of a small kitchen to make your own breakfast / lunch etc.
The room was a bit austere, it could be made more inviting without too much expenditure.
Easy walking distance to shops and tube station. Able to cook my own food in the apartment.
1 bedroom apartment was very, very small and compact.
It was excactly what was promised.
Good value for such a good location. Very helpful staff.
Room was very cold, with no ability to adjust the temperature. Very small but clean bathroom (can sit on the toilet and shower at the same time).
The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet, but at the same time close to the tube, and walking distant to the main museums.
If it weren't for the noise from the street which kept me awake at night, this place would be perfect. For me to consider staying here again, they'd have to make a serious investment in noise reduction...
We booked for that specific hotel to be able to cook
Everything is old. Time to think about investing in remodeling the apartment
The staff were very pleasant and non-obtrusive. The room was good value for the money, with kitchenette. However, one needed to request access to the garden, which was too much hassle. Initially a double room was given at the back, which was nice and quiet, but the single room at the front was very noisy, works going on outside etc.
Even though there was a notice on the door to close it quietly, people allowed their doors to bang, which is very disconcerting if you are trying to relax - doesn't make for a calm atmosphere.
